Father, thank you for the opportunity you have given us to come together as a couple to learn more about each other.   But, most of all, to learn more about you and how you Father, want our marriage to be godly.   For you Father, desire for us to work together as one in marriage as You have designed it to be from the foundations of the world.

Thank you Father, that you give us through this time together:  Knowledge understanding, and wisdom for dealing with everyday life in our marriage.

Father, in the name of Jesus, and the power You have given us by the Holy Spirit, we break all the forces of darkness that have been set against us in our marriage and family, and we use our God-given authority now in Jesus’ name.

Satan in the name of Jesus, we command you to cease and stop your maneuvers against our marriage in Jesus’ name.   We speak life into our marriage in Jesus’ name.   We speak to the spirit of control, spirit of strife, and spirit of domination; we command you now to go from this group, our marriage, and from our lives in Jesus’ name.

We no longer desire to have any part of you.  We will not participate and will not be used in the activation of any of these demons in our lives and marriage, in Jesus’ name.   I choose this day, in Jesus’ name, to love my (WIFE/HUSBAND) as God has commanded me to do in His Word.

Satan, we give you notice today, that we are under construction.  We are building the foundation for our lives and marriage on Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.   Amen!
